Austin Brown

Austin Brown is a Vice President at HFI Capital Management, focusing on the firm’s operations. Prior to joining HFI, Austin was Vice President – Accounting at Dundon Capital Partners, a single-family investment office focused on private equity and credit investments across a range of industries. Austin began his career at ExxonMobil where he served in multiple accounting and corporate reporting roles in the upstream oil and gas space and finished his time at ExxonMobil as a financial trader in the Americas Treasury Center. Austin received both his M.S. in Accounting and B.B.A. in Accounting with an Energy Management Concentration from Southern Methodist University. Austin is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
