HFI Celina Realty is a real estate platform focused on land acquisitions and developments in the North Texas fairway between US HWY 75 and the Dallas North Tollway.  HFI started acquiring land in Celina, Texas in 2013, with a long-term asset holding strategy.  Based on Celina’s significant growth over the past few years coupled with the pro-development mindset of the city and HFI’s interactions with city employees, HFI acquired ~640 additional acres in Celina in May 2022 to jumpstart our evolved strategy of becoming more active in North Texas.  With approximately 1,100 acres owned today, HFI looks to partner with developers to create meaningful real estate investment opportunities as the city (and surrounding area) grow.
