Bright Event Rentals was formed in 2013 to build the leading special event rental company in the country.  The company rents the highest quality tables, chairs, tenting, linens, china, etc., and provides consulting services to its caterer, event planner, corporate, venue, and homeowner clients.  Starting in 1997, John Moran and Mike Bjornstad built Classic Party Rentals into the nation’s largest event rental company.  In 2006, Classic Party Rentals was sold and original investors received 11x their initial investment in less than 10 years.  In 2013, John and Mike saw an opportunity to start Bright Event Rentals with the goal of improving upon their past success by focusing primarily on markets in California.  Management did a great job managing the business through the lockdowns in California during COVID-19 and the company has come out of the crisis even stronger with tremendous growth opportunities due to weaker competitors’ struggles.  HFI is the company’s largest shareholder and has one seat on the board of directors.
